Welcome to Puleia Organics. We operate this store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Subscriptions are described in our Cancellation Policy.

1. Access and Account

2. Our Products
We try to show products accurately. Appearance on your screen may differ from the physical product.
We do not warrant that any product will match your expectations or look exactly as shown.
Descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities at any time.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment is processed.
We may not be able to cancel an order after acceptance. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the details you gave.
Purchases may be refunded only under our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use, not commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices and promotions may change without notice. You pay the price in effect at checkout, as shown in your confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs unless we say otherwise.
Promotion terms control if they conflict with these Terms for that promotion.
You must keep payment and contact details current. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and will pay posted prices plus applicable shipping and tax.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, or other delays outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the products to the carrier.

We are not responsible for third-party sites or content. Complaints about third-party products go to that third party.
9. Who You Are Buying From
Sales are between you and Puleia Organics. The store is hosted on an e-commerce platform that is not the seller and is not responsible for products you buy from us.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The hosting platform and other providers may process information needed to run the site, payments, and shipping, including in other countries.
11. Feedback
If you send reviews or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. We do not have to keep it confidential or pay for it. You are responsible for what you post.
12. Errors
We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability, and may cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you order.
13. Prohibited Uses
Use the Services only lawfully. Do not harass others, send malware or spam, scrape the site, collect others’ personal information, or interfere with security. We may close your account if you violate these Terms.

We may end access to the Services at any time. You still owe amounts due through the termination date. Sections that should survive, including the health disclaimer, remain in effect.

16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PULEIA ORGANICS AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THIS LIMIT, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Puleia Organics and our officers, employees, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or others’ rights, or your use of the Services.
18. Severability
If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
19. Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement for use of the Services.
20. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without notice.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts in Wyoming. You and Puleia Organics consent to those courts.
22. Headings
Headings are for convenience only.
23. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
